So I was lying down on my mattress,
reflecting on my results for mid-year examinations.
"If this was my result for O levels, where will I be?"
I don't wish to know, but I have to.
A friend I know went to Australia to study after his N-level results.
Another friend I know, plans to go to New York after his O-level results.
Should I consider a backup plan if I really cannot make it to a poly course?
What institude should I enter if I had all the choices available in Singapore?
Which poly course should I take up?
Will I make it?
How should I go about doing it?
Now that Mother Tongue is tomorrow, I can honestly tell you that
I don't have faith in my second language. However, I will give it my fullest.
Regarding my English Language, I would have to keep a book of word bank and use it frequently.
During this holiday, I will take up 10-years series and other helpful books to manage my time well.
During this holiday, I would have to make full use of my time to do the 10-years series of my Additional
Mathematics constantly and whole-heartedly. I really want to score well for Additional Mathematics.
I would also brush up on my Sciences during tuition lessons.
Humanites... hm.. somewhat I would find a way to learn better but first I will write my own notes.
Did I miss out any subjects?

Okay, This post is way overdue. I ment to put this up since more than
a week ago! Oh gosh. Anyway here are the good times spent after the mid-year examinations.
It would be a long while if I were to keep up with social life.
Last (two) thursday, CHIN SIAN'S BIRTHDAY (10 May)!
A unexpected call from Chin Sian and Firdaus wanted me to meet them
at Pasir Ris Town Park. This was the start of the outing period!
We met up at the block near Hai Sing Catholic School - Firdaus
brought his younger sister and the birthday boy brought his ball.
So we kicked off with soccer, taking turns to switch sides.
Then we moved on to play badminton. However Firdaus' sister
went home due to the uncertain weather. Remaining three of us played at a playground.
On Monday night, JING WEN'S BIRTHDAY!
Rushed home from school immediately after my dnt paper,
got changed and sat outside, waiting and making phone calls.
I had a Zara bag, containing a last-minute-yet-nicely-wrapped Merci!
Wearing 'World Without Strangers' shirt and the long lost bermudas,
I stepped out of the house, ready to meet Jun Xiang at the MRT.
Jun Xiang bought a pair of ear rings and we gave it Jing Wen sitted at level 2.
Saw Shu Ting onboard the same MRT as us, heading towards town area.
At Simei, Jocelyn joined the crew. The train passed Aljunied and headed to Marina Bay
and waited for Yi Jun, Shu Jun and Nicholas. We went to the Superbowl.
I paid for the shoes and socks to a very 'attitude' lady - that explains why the place was so empty.
We played for 2 games and the last game only Jun Xiang, me and the birthday girl.
Stomachs were growling so we walked out to check out the different stalls of steamboats.
At this time, Jason arrived and picked up Shu Ting and brought her the Airport for dinner.
Pheobe arrived shortly, and we finally settled down and ate for about an hour or so.
The group (Yi Jun, Jing Wen, Jocelyn, Pheobe, Jun Xiang, me, Shu Jun and Nicholas) took the
bus to the MRT and went towards Vivocity. Yi Jun, Jocelyn and Jing Wen headed back home from Outram.
The rest of us hurried to the cinema and tried to catch a movie. We watched "Bridge to Terabithia".
"What The f**k?", Nicholas used sign language as there weren't any words that fitted the comments to that movie.
Walked out of the cinema, horror #1: no MRT rides available.
horror #2: not enough money for taxi.
horror #3: no ATM machines at sight.
hope: only a bus number ten!
It only stops at Tampines - well, at least.
So we took pictures during the bus ride. Jun Xiang paid for the taxi ride
for Pheobe and me as it was much more cheaper if compared taking from Vivocity.
On Tuesday, END OF MID YEAR OUTING!
This was a very short outing.
We met at about 11am at MRT station and headed to
Safra Tampines to bowl.
My fingers were hurting.
Chin Sian got a strike after a looong while!
Some other attention seekers occupied the other lanes on our right side.
Perhaps that was why our scores were not so good! Lack of concentration.
Firdaus left first as his parents took MC.
Me and Chin Sian walked to TM to eat Long John,
and got to the MRT station to find that my EZ link card was still at Safra.
We went back and confronted them for being so absent-minded.
Alright, then we headed back home.
Alright. I better get going before
either mom or pa opens the door.

5月23日
Shall not really plan out a timetable.
Hopefully I can start on Friday: Study from 3:30pm onwards until the time I sleep.
I want to acheive this.
ONLY a 30-minute break as well as dinnertime to relax awhile.
I have to do something useful in the afternoon.
I have to allocate time for Additional Maths, Science, English as well as Humanites. The rest of them would be secondary.
Also, I will seldom come online in the day.
I really hope that my weekends could be acadamically productive.
Miss Ang's speech was really an eye-opener!
On Thursday, there would be a time-wasting NE Quiz.
I will also collect my two new spectacles in the night. Till then, see ya!

Hey You (Sung By Madonna)
- Produced by Pharrell Williams -
Hey you
Don’t you give up
It’s not so bad
There’s still a chance for us
Hey you
Just be yourself
Don’t be so shy
There’s reasons why it’s hard
Keep it together
You’ll make it alright
Our celebration is going on tonight
Poets and prophets
Would envy what we do
This could be good
Hey you
Hey you
Open your heart
It’s not so strange
You got to change this time
Hey you
Remember this
None of it’s real
Including the way you feel
Keep it together
We’ll make it alright
Our celebration is going on tonight
Poets and prophets
Would envy what we do
This could be good
Hey you
Save your soul
Little sister
Save your soul
Little brother
Hey you
Save yourself
Don’t rely on anyone else
First love yourself
Then you can love someone else
If you can change someone else
Then you have saved someone else
But you must first love yourself
Then you can love someone else
If you can change someone else
Then you have saved someone else
But you must first
Hey you
There are on the fence
You got a choice
One day it will make sense
Hey you
First love yourself
Or if you can’t
Try to love someone else
Keep it together
We’ll make it alright
Our celebration is going on tonight
Poets and prophets
Will envy what we do
This could be good
Hey you
First love yourself
Then you can love someone else
If you can change someone else
Then you have saved someone else
But you must first love yourself
Then you can love someone else
If you can change someone else
Then you have saved someone else
But you must first

I spent about 50 minutes on my Letter Writting.

Oh mann.. its been raining these days and I am feeling so sleepy
at times! Tomorrow I have my science practical and on Friday
I will have english paper one and two as well as Social Studies.
I have not really started my studies, perhaps will use this weekend
to really mug like siao. Wish me all the best yeah?
These few days I feel very 'pek chiek' haha..
Want to study - once open book/notes,
then *pop* fall onto the bed and sleep.
ahiyaa.. I feel so damn distracted with myself!
May bits and pieces of
everyone's EXCELLENT knowledge
of all subjects get into my head so I
can get the best of everything! Muahaha!!
